Since its inception in 2008, P3R has consistently supported elite athlete development and now awards more than $150,000 to athletes during its calendar of events, including the DICK’S Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon, UPMC Health Plan Pittsburgh Half Marathon, GNC Live Well Liberty Mile and EQT Pittsburgh 10 Miler.

America’s fastest milers will compete for a $30,000 prize purse at this year’s GNC Live Well Liberty Mile. To compete for the prize purse and qualify as a seeded runner, a URL must be provided with race results meeting the following requirements:
Seeded Male - 4:01:00 or faster for a mile on the track (or 3:43.7 or faster for 1500m) from 2016 to present day
Seeded Female - 4:45:00 or faster for a mile on the track (or 4:25.4 or faster for 1500m) from 2016 to present day

P3R has a zero tolerance drug policy. To be eligible for elite entry or the prize purse at any P3R event, an athlete must:
